Not a trading company.
A factory since 2014.

We cut, sew, seam-seal and pack our own rainwear in Suining County, Xuzhou — the same county the company was registered in when it started in 2014. R&D, production and export sit inside one business, which is why a specification question gets answered by the person who runs the line rather than passed to a supplier.

Seven lead models carry published spec sheets and carton data. Behind them sit 55 live styles — if none of the seven fits, the factory can quote a custom run.

Site work is judged against abrasion, not a waterproof rating alone. The heavy-duty line is specified around tear resistance and heat.

Sealed seams, not stitched seams

The failure point of a rain suit is the needle hole. Production runs ultrasonic seam welding instead of conventional stitching, so there is no stitch line for water to follow.

  • Automated cutting → ultrasonic seam welding → waterproof trim assembly → inspection → packing
  • Waterproof zips with storm flaps over every opening
  • Reflective trim positioned where a rider or a crew member is seen from, not only at the hem
  • 3D pattern engineering for a seated, active fit rather than a flat cut
