Ordering & MOQ 4 questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
500 sets per colourway across all seven models, with mixed sizes allowed inside a run. SN-102B is packed 20 sets per carton, so a fleet order can be built by the carton. Custom colour, logo and packaging runs also start from 500 sets per style.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. On SN-102B one carton holds 20 sets and you can split it across sizes and colours — which is how fleet orders are usually built. For the other models, the MOQ is 500 sets per colourway and boxing is confirmed per order.
Do you have a full catalogue of everything you make?
We run 55 live styles, and the factory packing list covers 34 production models. Seven of them are the models we put forward first, because between them they cover cycling and commuting, motorcycle touring, and heavy-duty workwear. Tell us the working conditions and we shortlist from the full range.
Can I get a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes — a sample is the normal first step, and for a custom colour or logo it is required before the bulk run. Sample lead time and cost depend on the model and are quoted against your specific request, so you know both before committing.

Waterproofing & Fabrics 6 questions

What does the hydrostatic head number actually mean?
It is the height of the water column a fabric withstands before water passes through, measured by the standard test method. 12,000 mm covers sustained heavy rain; 15,000–20,000 mm is storm-grade. Every figure we publish is rated per model — we do not quote a range and call it a specification.
Which models are rated 20,000 mm?
Four of them: SN-102B, SN-014, SN-112 and SN-105. SN-117 is rated 15,000 mm and SN-002 and SN-010 are rated 12,000 mm.
Do you make breathable rainwear?
SN-117 is the breathable option: 3,000 g/m²/24h with a 300D Oxford shell, rated 15,000 mm. For touring and long days in the saddle, most buyers trade the extra 5,000 mm of waterproofing for breathability — a fully sealed jacket without ventilation soaks the rider from the inside.
What fabrics do you work with?
210T nylon taffeta, 210D and 300D nylon oxford, 190T and 300T polyester taffeta, with PU or PVC coatings depending on the model. Full 11-fabric matrix on the Technology & Fabrics page.
Have the fabrics been independently tested?
Yes. Model SN-102B was tested by Jiangsu HAP Testing Service Co., Ltd. (CMA 231020341277 / CNAS L6760), report HAPTX2605049031 dated 20 May 2026, judged against QB/T 4999-2016 and GB 18401-2010. All tested items passed. The face fabric measured above 200 kPa on the hydrostatic pressure test, and colour fastness to water was Grade 4–5.
Is the fabric safe for direct skin contact?
The tested model was assessed under GB 18401-2010. Formaldehyde measured 36 mg/kg and pH 5.4; 24 aromatic amines were below the detection limit. If your market requires a specific class or an additional test item, tell us at enquiry stage and we confirm exactly what the factory can support.

OEM & Customisation 5 questions

Can you put our company logo on the rainwear?
Yes. Custom colour and logo runs start from 500 sets per style. SN-105 also has a dedicated shield-logo back panel built into the pattern, so the crew identity does not require re-cutting the garment.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes — Pantone matching is approved on a physical colour card before the bulk run, not on a screen. Screen colour and production colour do not match reliably enough for a bulk order.
Can you produce to our own specification?
Custom fabric, lining, pockets, trims, reflective systems and packaging are all possible. Send the specification sheet and we confirm feasibility, MOQ and lead time against it.
Do you offer retail-ready packaging?
Printed polybag, hangtag and care label can all be specified. Tell us the market and the sales channel and we confirm what is appropriate for that channel.
Can you produce under our own brand instead of MOTOSINOLL?
Yes — both OEM and ODM are available. The brand on the garment, the label and the packaging is specified by the buyer.

Shipping, Payment & Documents 6 questions

What are the lead times?
Stock colourways are prepared in 3–7 days, then 15–35 days sea freight. Bulk runs of SN-102B take 15–25 days after deposit. Custom colour and logo orders start after sample approval.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are set out per order in the Proforma Invoice. We do not quote terms before the specification and quantity are fixed — it would not be a real number.
Which ports do you ship from?
FOB Shanghai or Ningbo as standard. Other terms are quoted on request against the destination.
Do you provide test reports with the shipment?
Test reports are available for the models that have been tested — report HAPTX2605049031 for SN-102B is on file. Which documents travel with a specific order depends on the destination market; tell us the country and we confirm what we can supply.
Do you export to my country?
We quote worldwide. Current export destinations include Brazil, Mexico, Japan and Singapore. Tell us where the goods are going and we confirm freight, documentation and any market-specific requirements.
What certifications do you hold?
The tested model carries a third-party laboratory report from Jiangsu HAP Testing Service Co., Ltd., a CMA- and CNAS-accredited laboratory. Other certifications depend on the market and the model. We state exactly what we can evidence — we do not list certifications we cannot produce a document for.
