What this segment asks for

Three things buyers in this category always raise

We hear these in almost every enquiry. Each one is answered by a specific construction choice, not by marketing language.

🪝

Snagging and abrasion on site

Workwear meets scaffolding, pallets, tools and vehicle bodies. A lightweight shell fails at the shoulder and forearm first.

210D Nylon Oxford shell on SN-105 — a heavier weave chosen for tear resistance, not for packability.
💧

Sweat under a sealed suit

A waterproof shell without a lining turns into a plastic bag within an hour of physical work — which is why it ends up hanging on a fence.

SN-105 carries a full mesh lining — sealed outside, ventilated inside.
🏷️

Identifying the crew

Depot, contractor and utility buyers want the jacket to carry the company identity without re-cutting the pattern.

A dedicated shield-logo back panel is built into SN-105 for printing or transfer.
Heavy-duty flagship

SN-105 — the one that survives the site

A 210D Nylon Oxford shell with a full mesh lining and a dedicated shield-logo back panel. Heavier than a commuting set on purpose — that weight is what keeps the shoulders intact.

  • 210D Nylon Oxford shell — tear resistance where workwear fails first
  • 20,000 mm hydrostatic head with DWR level-4 finish
  • Full mesh lining — sealed outside, ventilated inside, so it stays on
  • Shield-logo back panel for contractor identity
  • Sizes S – 3XL, set net weight 0.94 – 1.00 kg (factory-measured)

Where SN-105 sits in the range

The heavy-duty model against the other six — note the heavier face fabric, which is the whole point of the model.

Selection criteria

What decides a heavy-duty & workwear order

Workwear is bought against abrasion, not against a waterproof rating alone.

What to look atWhy it decides the orderThis range
Face fabricSite abrasion — shoulders, forearms and hems take the contact.210D Nylon Oxford
Hydrostatic headRain plus working movement, all day, on site.20,000 mm
LiningPhysical work generates heat — an unlined shell is taken off within the hour.Full mesh lining
Back panelContractor identity without re-cutting the pattern.Shield-logo panel
Water repellencyRain shed off the surface rather than soaking the weave.DWR Level-4
Size runCrews are not one size — kits have to be split.S – 3XL
Hi-vis workwear jacket with mesh lining

Sealed on the outside, ventilated on the inside

The reason a work rain suit gets left on the fence is sweat, not rain. The lining is the fix, and it is specified into the pattern rather than added as an option.

  • 210D Nylon Oxford takes site abrasion at shoulder and forearm
  • Full mesh lining keeps the shell off the body
  • 20,000 mm protection retained with the lining in place
  • Shield-logo back panel for crew identification

Heavy-duty & workwear FAQ

Site and procurement questions

Only one heavy-duty model — is that all you make?
SN-105 is the heavy-duty flagship we put forward first, because it is the one that answers the abrasion problem directly. But it is not the whole factory: we run 55 live styles and the packing list covers 34 production models. Tell us the working conditions and we will shortlist from the full range — and quote a custom run if none of them fits.
Can we print our company logo on the back?
Yes. SN-105 has a dedicated shield-logo back panel for printing or transfer, plus chest and sleeve positions on request. Custom logo runs start from 500 sets per style, with artwork approved on a physical proof first.
Will a 210D Oxford suit be too heavy to wear?
It is heavier than the 95 gsm commuting set — that is deliberate, and it is what keeps the shoulders intact on site. The full mesh lining is what makes it wearable: the shell stays sealed while the lining lifts it off the body so sweat moves away.
We need to equip a crew across many sizes — how does pricing work?
Stock size runs go from S to 3XL (155–190 cm) with a 500-set-per-colourway MOQ, so a first production run is planned by the size breakdown. Volume pricing is quoted per order against the size breakdown — send us the quantities and we return tiered EXW or FOB pricing.

Describe the working conditions — we will shortlist from the full range.

Send the environment, the crew size and the logo requirement. You get model options, fabric data and tiered EXW / FOB pricing back.
