Buyer Questions

Answers buyers ask before the first order

Written to be quoted — by people and by search engines alike.

How waterproof is MOTOSINOLL rainwear?
Our waterproofing is measured by hydrostatic head (mmH₂O). The range spans 12,000 mm to 20,000 mmH₂O — the highest figure belongs to 210T nylon taffeta and 210D nylon oxford, both PU-coated. Seams are sealed with 20 mm tape rated to 8,000–10,000 mmH₂O.
Is the fabric breathable, or does it get clammy?
Breathability depends on construction. Breathable builds reach 3,000 g/m² 24h moisture permeability, and our top laminate reaches 8,000 g/m² 24h. A 45 gsm mesh lining keeps the fabric off the skin so moisture moves away.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 500 sets per colourway across all seven models, with mixed sizes allowed inside a run. Custom colour, logo and packaging also start from 500 sets. Exact MOQ and lead time are confirmed per model and per order.
Can you print our logo and pack in our own cartons?
Yes. We handle logo printing, custom colours, custom size grading and private-label packaging in-house — we are the factory, not an intermediary, so changes are made on our own production line.
Do you provide fabric test reports for export markets?
Fabrics are tested to GB 18401-2010 textile safety standard, and we issue textile and waterproof test documentation for export buyers on request. Report numbers are disclosed to serious enquirers.
How fast can you ship a repeat order?
Stock items leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Production lead time for custom orders is confirmed per order based on fabric availability and order volume. Full packing data for 34 SKU types means your forwarder can plan before we ship.
